San Diego LASIK Center

Every San Diego LASIK center should have a little coffee shop inside the office so that patients can enjoy themselves as their waiting for the surgeon to become available.  Unfortunately, not every LASIK office has a coffee shop inside since it would be impractical and probably cost prohibitive for the company.

The LASIK centers that are inside of large office buildings will usually have a coffee shop in the lobby of the building or one that’s very close.  Here in our San Diego office there are several coffee shops that are nearby which patients can use while they wait for the surgeon or staff to attend to their appointments.

There is a Starbucks very close to our San Diego LASIK center, which is within walking distance of our building for those who are waiting.  Overall, we are accurate on our appointment times so we are happy to advise you.

Other Medical Offices Near Our San Diego LASIK Center

Scrippts Hospital is also a very good medical facility, which is close to our LASIK center. The hospital has received a lot of positive reviews, which are posted independently by patients.

The if you plan on bringing family for a ride they can visit some of the café’s close to our San Diego LASIK center as well and they serve coffee and pastries while they wait. It is a pretty busy location with commuters stopping in throughout the day and right before going in to work in the mornings.

Not All San Diego Shops Are Within Walking Distance of Our LASIK Center

There are a few extremely good coffee shops that are a short drive away from our San Diego LASIK center which many of our patients go to after surgery or follow-up appointments.  A few of our patients will check in for their appointments a half hour early and then go grab some coffee and come back at the scheduled time.

We don’t recommend going too far in a car because driving time and parking and then getting back to the office may consume too much time for you to get back to our San Diego LASIK center in time for your appointment.  We’ll be happy to call a coffee shop for you and order ahead if you’d like to have a small snack or meal while you’re waiting for the staff to help you.
